Can anybody tell me anything about these reels. The search function did not reveal much. I know they are Shimano's and that is a positive from the get go but how do these two reels compare to the more popular Sahara's/Solstace's??
Also correct me if I am wrong; Do all Shimano products have a lifetime warranty? I have and old Solstace where the rear drag has stripped out. Can that be replaced with no/minimal charge?
Thanks for any help.

They are on the lower rungs in the shimano line up. The Solstace and Sahara are light years ahead of those models as the Stradic and Sustain are over the Solstace and Sahara.
I do not think all Shimano products come with the lifetime warranty.
The link below is for a place to download their catalogs from Shimano's site. You can get all of the information you need to make a good decision.

I don't see any reason to spend $30 for a graphite-framed Syncopate when you can get an aluminum-framed Sahara for about $15 more.

Thanks for the feedback. I had just never heard any talk about the Syncopate. Wanted to see if it was worth checking out. Thanks...
